What is your return window?

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery (date you received the package). Returns after this period cannot be accepted. This aligns with India’s Consumer Protection Act requirements.

How do I initiate a return?

  • Email support@waaouch.com within 7 days with your order number and the reason for return.
  • We’ll reply with a pre-paid return label (available within India).
  • Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated courier.
  • Send us the tracking number for easier processing.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • For change-of-mind returns: You pay for return shipping.
  • If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged product): We cover return shipping and send you a pre-paid label.
What if the item arrives damaged or defective?
Please send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or offer a full refund—your choice.
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will deliver for an exchange or replacement within 3 - 5 business days after we receive the originally delivered item. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all tags and accessories intact. Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 5 - 7 Days.
How and when will I get my refund?
  • Refunds (excluding return shipping for change-of-mind) will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, customers receive a refund via bank transfer or store credit, as per mutual agreement.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Can I get an exchange instead?

Yes!

  • Option A: Place a new order for the replacement item, then return the original for a refund.
  • Option B: Let us know you'd like an exchange when emailing support. We’ll guide you through the process.
Are there any restocking or other fees?

No restocking fees. However, if the return label is misused or unused, shipping costs may apply.

What if the return is lost in transit?

If your package is lost, we’ll file a courier claim and either refund you in full or resend the item—your preference.

A transparent policy builds customer trust and reduces cart abandonment—especially important for small pet-fashion brands like ours.
