How long does order processing take?

We typically take 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) to pick, pack, and dispatch your order from our warehouse in India. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your package is on the way.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs. Standard Shipping delivers your order within 4 to 7 business days at a flat rate of ₹200. However, it’s free on all domestic orders over ₹2,000. If you're in a hurry, choose our Express Shipping, which ensures delivery within 1 to 3 business days, also at a flat rate of ₹200. We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and flexible as possible.

What is your return window?
