How long does order processing take?

We typically take 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) to pick, pack, and dispatch your order from our warehouse in India. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your package is on the way.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs. Standard Shipping delivers your order within 4 to 7 business days at a flat rate of ₹200. However, it’s free on all domestic orders over ₹2,000. If you're in a hurry, choose our Express Shipping, which ensures delivery within 1 to 3 business days, also at a flat rate of ₹200. We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and flexible as possible.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? No, we do not offer COD across India.

How do you package orders? Are eco-friendly materials used?

Our packaging is 100% recyclable, using mailers printed with soy-based inks. We also partner with carbon-neutral courier services wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact.

What is your return window?

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery (date you received the package). Returns after this period cannot be accepted. This aligns with India’s Consumer Protection Act requirements.

Which items are eligible for return?

• Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Non-returnable: Gift cards, “Final Sale” items, and custom/personalized products (e.g., embroidered names).
